Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with stunning views over the gardens and the lake from my room. However, the noise level at night with the windows open could be bothersome for light sleepers like me. The pools were a great way to unwind and relax during my visit.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds, although the view was lacking with a roof right outside the window. The service was amazing, with incredibly helpful staff who made my experience fantastic. The location was fantastic, being close to various amenities, but the dining experience left something to be desired with only average meals. The facilities were overall satisfactory, providing a decent stay.
The hotel had a charming drawing room and welcoming staff, but the layout with a walkway through the dining area to the rooms was not ideal. The service was exceptional, especially when I wasn't feeling well. The location was lively but a bit noisy due to foot traffic, and the unexpected poolside amenities were a pleasant surprise. The dining experience was good overall, although a bit slow, and the facilities offered exceeded our expectations.
The hotel had some positives like excellent service and delicious dining, but the room experience was a bit disappointing with noise issues and delays in room readiness. The location was lovely and well-kept, offering lots of local activities to enjoy.
I was completely taken by the fabulous suite and luxurious rooms that made me wish I could extend my stay. The staff were the friendliest bunch I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was delightful. The location was stunning, perfect for quiet getaways with breathtaking scenery. The dining experience was top-notch, perfectly cooked and very enjoyable. However, the pool access issue and cold temperature were setbacks.
My stay at the castle was amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a classic touch that I absolutely loved. The service was top-notch, from helping with a cot for my daughter to welcoming us warmly throughout our stay. The location was stunning, although I wished for a bit more sitting areas. The dining experience was a mix of great breakfast and room for improvement. Overall, a perfect castle stay with some minor areas to enhance.
